I'm constantly trying magnesium supplements and other things to try help me sleep and finally this actually helps. Packaging is high quality and delivery was really quick. You get loads in the bottle as well so like all these products it will last awhile :)
I’ve been really, really impressed with this magnesium body spray. I spray it on my feet, legs and back before bed, and I’ve definitely noticed a deeper, more restful sleep. (Even my Apple Watch sleep stats have been in the high 90s consistently)
When I first started using it, there was a slight tingling sensation, but I understand that can happen when your body is low in magnesium and absorbing it quickly. So my body desperately needed this! I put it on about 1hour before bed and slept the best sleep ive had in ages only waking up for the toilet and straight back to sleep until 9.45am I rarely sleep beyond 8am , will definitely buy again
I have been using for the last couple nights. I’ve also been spraying on my hubby. Both of us have noticed a deeper sleep pattern. I am waking several times a night and often start my day awake at 3am. With this spray I am waking but going straight back over and right into sleep again. Long may this continue. Amazing product as always.
