• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Not at the moment but stay tuned.
• HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? Our standard delivery charge is £5.95. However, we are pleased to provide complimentary delivery for orders over £50.
• HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order is confirmed we will send you an email. You will then receive a text message to confirm your order is on the way. We will ship your order usually the same day.
• MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM? Please drop us an email on info@fab-skincare.co.uk include your name and order number and we will have this investigated.

 

RETURNS

• HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? We hope you will love your FAB skincare purchase. If for any reason you wish to return, we can only accept unopened items Please check our returns policy on how to do this.
• RETURNING DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS: Please email info@fab-skincare.co.uk
• CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY FAB PURCHASE AT A FAB Store: If you are local and wish to return the item to FAB Salons then please email us at infor@fab-skincare.co.uk prior to arrival.
